Cookery Demonstrations

 

Tantalise your taste buds with this year’s live seasonal cookery demonstrations at our cookery demo theatre in the main marquee on the quayside.  Take a break from shopping and relax as some of the county’s finest chefs talk you through a series of seasonal dishes.

 

Radio Cornwall will be covering the demonstrations, hosted by Daphne Skinnard.

 

*The marquee has a lot more space than last year, the demo theatre seats 150 people.*

 

 

 

This year we’ve spiced up the festival line up with the addition of some Food Forums. Inspired by food festivals seen in Sydney, a series of expert panellists will be exploring the top foodie issues in a lively debate in front of the audience.

 
The forums will last for 30 minutes, will comprise of four panellists and be mediated by BBC Radio Cornwall presenter Daphne Skinnard. Click below for more info on the forums
